A simple store can be published within a few hours. For a large catalogue or a migration, allow two to four weeks with our team alongside you.
Yes. You can point it at your store or hand its management to us: we take care of the DNS records and the SSL certificate.
Yes. We migrate products, customers and orders, and set up the redirects that preserve your search rankings.

Taking payment, plans and commitment.
Stripe, GoCardless, Alma, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery. Instalment payments are available as an option, as is multi-currency for selling abroad.
Yes. You can move from one plan to another from your dashboard, with no service interruption and no migration fee. Billing is adjusted pro rata.
No. Our plans are subscriptions; only the payment providers apply their own transaction fees.
Yes, no commitment. You keep access until the end of the current period and can export all of your data (products, customers, orders) as CSV.

In datacentres located in France, with daily backups, an SSL certificate and security updates applied automatically.
